Meet the Founders of MOTUS Companies
Bryan Cole
Managing Principal & Co-Founder
Bryan formed Motus Equities in late 2019. Motus is a privately-held group of real estate related entities. Motus along with its subsidiaries have offices in Sinking Spring, King of Prussia, Delaware and Wyomissing.
Motus acquires office, medical and mixed-use properties, improving, repositioning and professionally managing them with a buy and hold mentality.
Motus is a vertically integrated company with its Investment, Development, Construction, and Consulting Divisions; Motus can provide in-depth knowledge and experiences from beginning phases to completion.
Bryan maintains his partnership at NAI Keystone which acts in certain instances as the consulting and advisory divisions.
Bryan joined NAI Keystone in July of 2004, during Bryan’s time at NAI, he sold and leased in the excess of $900 Million Dollar’s worth of Commercial Real Estate; and represented Tenants and Landlords.
Prior to joining NAI, Bryan Cole spent 4 year’s active duty in the U.S. Marine Corp; located primarily in Camp Lejeune NC, during Bryan's time in the Marines he traveled the world on various tours of duty.
Daniel Gring
Principal & Co-Founder
Dan Gring provides uncompromising attention to detail and expansive knowledge of commercial industry construction, including healthcare, multi-family, business, retail, and industrial. Gring has been responsible for over two million square feet of office fit-out remodeling and over one million square feet of ground-up commercial building construction. Over the past three years, he has developed over 100 satisfied commercial clients.
Gring started in the construction business while attending Elizabethtown College during an internship with Ryan Homes. After college, he took a position with Richmond American Homes in the company’s Delaware Valley Division, eventually being promoted to site superintendent. In February 2011, Gring founded D&B Construction Group in Berks County with his partner and friend, Brennan Reichenbach. With 14 years in the construction business, he has built over 300 homes and has controlled more than $10 million worth of inventory. Gring has won awards for the highest customer service and one of his communities was named community of the year. When he isn’t working with clients, or on site, he enjoys spending time with his wife, two daughters, and son, as well as playing golf and fishing.
